About the job • Job title : Cost Estimator • Reporting to : Project Manager • Job location : Vung Tau, Ho Chi Minh • Salary indication : VND 15 mil.(gross/month) • Starting date : ASAP Main activities of job: • Perform variety of cost engineering function encompassing estimating, budget preparation, forecasting, cost/cost risk analysis reporting; • Prepare, issue enquiries and evaluate the commercial bid; • Ability to interpret contract, manage financial risk; • Maintain current cost control database; • Support project control/ services Manager on ad-hoc assignment; • Other ECP functional duties. Job requirements: • 3 years working in cost estimation in Oil and Gas or civil industry; • Familiarity with the popular cost instruction document (circulars, degrees, decisions) used for onshore/ offshore project; • Good in English communication, MS office and specialized cost estimation software (Acit, G8, Ansoft, Hitosoft); • Having experience or knowledge in planning field is preferred.
