This would suit someone with recent 1st line support/help desk/technical coordinating experience. Responsibilities; * Providing full telephone and email technical support * Assisting the service delivery manager to proactively moniter core IT Partner against SLAS. * Responsible for analysis of delivery of services, reporting repeated service breaches to the IT supplier manager. * Moniter and report on day to day standard service requests into the CITP. * Producing incident reports and assisting in resolution of service problems. * Moniter and report on compliance of the CITP in regards to quality management, risk management, security policies and procedures. * Assisting with the technical delivery of infrastructure components. * Taking ownership of technical queries until resolved Salary: £13.74 - £16.48 per hour DOE + holiday entitlement Hours Per Week: 35 To apply, please visit: glosjobs.co.uk/jobs-of-the-day/gj301615/#sthash.cuiRnAqn.dpuf
