Job of the Week: Mount Pleasant Kitchen Supervisor Local company has immediate need for Kitchen Supervisor to oversee inmates working in the jail kitchen. JOB DUTIES: • Examine trays to ensure that they contain required items • Oversee placed food servings on plates or trays according to orders or instructions • Oversee the stocking of trays with accessories such as eating utensils, napkins, or condiments • Oversee restocking of service stations with items such as ice, napkins, or straws • Oversee removal of trays and stack dishes for return to kitchen after meals are finished • Monitor food preparation or serving techniques to ensure that proper procedures are followed REQUIREMENTS: • Must pass Background and Drug test • Experience with food preparation required • Computer Skills--EXCEL Check it out on workintexas Job Posting ID#: 2738947
