Job opportunity: BCA Equestrian Centre is looking to recruit a Yard Technician. This role will require a dedicated equine professional that is able to work in a fast paced and growing department. A key part of this role is ensuring that high standards of equine welfare are maintained and managed. Assisting the Senior Yard Technician in organising daily routines for grooms and students will be a key responsibility in the effective day to day running of the Centre. Successful applicants will be expected to work alongside the Senior Yard Technician assessing and instructing all aspects of practical delivery as well as be able to ride and school new and existing horses. It is essential that the applicant has broad knowledge and experience within the equine industry, as well as experience of working in an educational equine facility.
