Just out of school? Accepting entry level applicants! Job Description: The Account Executive candidate is responsible for prospecting and signing new clients to advertise. This position requires an excellence in customer service to help build your clients business and your own. Each position will have a sales quota for each issue with a generous bonus structure in place for added incentive. With no ceiling, the earning potential is endless! We will provide you the tools and encouragement to meet your goals and grow your business. Candidate will attend and participate in weekly sales meetings, attend local events for networking, cold call, prepare reports, negotiate rates with clients, prepare contracts, give input for campaign direction, proof all sales and have fun while doing so! Job Requirements: Enthusiastic and self-motivating. Must be able to work within a team environment. Excellent verbal and writing skills. Proven track record of generating new business. Creatively initiate new business relationships by networking, prospecting and cold-calling. Ability to nurture and develop existing client relationships. Must be goal-oriented, assertive and very well-organized. Experience in print advertising sales is a big + but not a requirement Exceptional presentation skills. Must be professional at all times.
