Job vacancy: Senior Consultant specialized in Agriculture Supply Chain On behalf of its customer, Smart International Consulting is looking for an energetic, career oriented Senior Consultant specialized in Agriculture Supply Chain who is creative, having strong business ethic, and willing to participate in all aspects of an international corporation specialized in the agro-industry. Description The Senior Consultant specialized in Agriculture Supply Chain will be involved in the agriculture supply chain operations in Cambodia and Nigeria (West Africa). Essential Functions • Ability to work as a leader and/or team member while modeling integrity, openness and trust • Safety – experience in managing projects in a zero injury culture. • Conceptual design and feasibility studies • Cost estimating • Scheduling and project cost control • Lead the study on the rice supply chain in Cambodia and in Nigeria • Lead the study on the sugarcane supply chain in Cambodia and in Nigeria • Lead the study on the cassava supply chain in Cambodia and in Nigeria • Manage and Implement the contract farming on rice, sugarcane and cassava in Cambodia and in Nigeria • Manage our supply chain for rice, cassava, sugarcane and bio-ethanol • Problem solving and troubleshooting Skills / Experience Requirements • Proficiency with applicable computer software packages including Microsoft Word, Excel and Project. • Knowledge of design codes and government regulations affecting the industry • Demonstrated Experiences in agriculture supply chain • Demonstrated organization and planning capabilities • Good verbal and written communication skills • Demonstrated problem solving abilities • Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering with 5-10 years relevant experience; • Able to work to work under pressure • Good in computer skills especially MS office • Strong organizing interpersonal and communication skill This position is open to Cambodian national and expatriate.
