Jobs that support a good cause! Spherion Staffing is immediately seeking CONFIDENT EXECUTIVE RECRUITER candidates to assist a local a non-profit organization with their fundraising campaigns. These positions are 100% outbound, sales calls to business professionals in the Greater Columbia and surrounding areas. The Executive Recruiters are key to each event’s success. The Executive Recruiter’s responsibility is to recruit the participants. The client will provide the leads, scripts, and necessary training. This is a goal-oriented position. The client sets the recruitment goals for each event based upon the number of businesses in the area that the event is taking place. This is not a telemarketing job! Executive Recruiters are not selling a product or service or seeking contributions. You are giving people an opportunity to make a difference in the community. Executive Recruiters are presenting an opportunity for members of the business community to network with one another and have a lot of fun while they help others. The fundraiser is a party and past participants rave over how much they enjoyed participating. Executive Recruiters are representing the client’s event and we expect them to present the fundraiser as a great community party that can’t be missed. This position offers an ideal 30 hour work week, 9 AM-4 PM Monday through Friday. This is tentatively a 4 week position, but has the potential extend into a long term full-time position. The position is located in downtown Columbia. The starting pay rate for the position is $10 per hour.
