Jodie Adams Gunnett 3 mins · Just talked to Christy...Renal doctor was just in and said they will start dialysis this morning. Team of doctors are meeting at 11 to to construct a Plan of Care and attempt to omit some of the 500 medications (exaggeration) she has been prescribed. She still has not woke up, but said they have seen renal pts in the past that has experienced something like this. Doesnt believe moms in a coma per-say, just a very deep sleep (compared it to Anastetia) and said could take up to a couple days for body to rid of all the toxins from the meds, which dialysis will make an immediate difference of course .Vitals are really good and breathing has evened out. Keep the prayers coming. ...very much needed & appreciated!!
