“Joe Beef partners with Pearson School of Culinary Arts” Potential students of the Pearson School of Culinary Arts will be thrilled to learn of a one-year internship agreement with the famous Joe Beef restaurant. The restaurant will provide onsite training to students enrolled in the Server/Sommelier program. Joe Beef will schedule full work weeks for interns to practice and learn. PSCA will provide the pedagogical portion of the program and interview candidates.
