Joe Black is the Research Coordinator for the West Virginia Division of Tourism. He joined the division in 2000 and has been responsible for building and maintaining all research activities within Tourism. Prior to joining the Division, Joe worked at the Marshall University Center for Business & Economic Research as a Research Assistant, where he first developed interest in tourism. Joe received his B.A. in Marketing and his M.B.A. both from Marshall University. Additionally, he has previously served on the Board of Directors for the Censtates Chapter of the Travel & Tourism Research Association and currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Southeast Chapter.
