Joe Uccellini, Communications Manager, has been appointed to the position of Communications + Employee Development Coordinator for United Realty Management Corp., AMO®. Joe has become an integral part of the Marketing team and his position has evolved as the organization has utilized various social media platforms for marketing our products, services, and our organization as a whole. Joe is expanding his scope of responsibilities in this new role. The Communications + Employee Development Coordinator will be the liaison between Human Resources and Operations for the strategic development, implementation, training and coordination of the “United Group Success Model,” Grace Hill, on-boarding, best practices, incentive programs, and “Socially F.I.T.” This role will be responsible for measuring the success of these programs and identifying revenue generating opportunities at the site level. The Communication + Employee Development Coordinator will work with and develop cross-functional members of the organization to define, plan and execute long-term communication solutions as well as oversee social media advertising, marketing, leasing, and retention campaigns. The Communications + Employee Development Coordinator will be responsible for strategic oversight, implementation and daily management of the Company’s overall communications and customer service initiatives to deliver business results that translate into driving engagement and traffic to United’s site locations.
