Joe is still adapting to his role as a supervisor at work. The other day while eating he brought up the struggles of keeping his cool and learning more and more about how to be a good communicator. I reminded him that we are a reflection of who God is in us and I reminded him that when he first took the position I told him I believed God was about to make him an even better man because he was going to have to learn how to communicate well and what it means to lead with a good encouraging attitude. We chuckled when I reminded him. Like God said Im gonna help you out Becky and make him a supervisor. Cause Lord knows I dont have a problem communicating and Im usually in such a good mood I crack myself up!
