ALFRED MUTUA I have been watching and listening at you crisscrossing the vast plains and hills of our great county lying to masses with unprecedented impunity. I have read through social media and the press of your PR effort painting a picture of heaven where hell abode. I have listened to tales of fear, intimidation and manipulations across the extensive staff of Machakos county govt. After a million promises of piped water for every house by last December, 2,500km of tarmac and a city to mention but a few where do you still get the effrontery to string more lies and the gust to keep preaching it like gospel? . What drives you? So what happened to the million investors who “had promised to invest trillions” in our good old town? To keep the dream of selling dummies and pocketing our taxes alive, you opened an office in westlands under the name of Machakos investment office… You strategically placed your trade minister Sunil Dhal there to woo unsuspecting whites into buying your lies cum empty promises and channeling the proceeds of solicit into your fat bank accounts. How does a minister working for Machakos operate from Nairobi? So our people willing to see him should find their way to some apartment converted to an office in west lands? Mr Man, what do you do with the 5million you illegally receive every Friday from revenue collections in Machakos? Why are you so mean? Don’t answer me; I know your chief of staff Mwengi gets 1.5, Mbai 1.5 as you pocket 3m. Thanks to our hard earned money on the 11th dec you will open savannah paradise, a multi million hotel at Makindu that Mwengi Mutuse has built in 4 months. Congratulations for the purchase of that 150million home at Karen from Sam Nyamweya. You truly are a champion of the game. We, the people of Machakos must be the most vulnerable lot you ever met. So great is you that even your family flee away from your blessings to a far away land if only to find peace. Back to basics, your Doctrine degree that never was is a story for another day. You can fight prosecution with all the might but stay assured that one day soon you will face justice. The 75million you gave to Ababu Namwamba to save you from PAC won’t go that long a way. The hundreds of millions you have spent on EACC, sacrificing innocent junior officers to cover up will soon come back to haunt you. How do you manage to be so heartless! Machakos town, Makutano Kyumbi, Athi river, Mlolongo and the other day Matuu; Mothers have wept as they watched their only source of income swept away by your hired bulldozers… All these so you can create jobs for your mother’s landscaping company! The tears of our mothers will never be in vain! In less than one year in office you bought property running into hundreds of millions in Malindi, grabbed plots in Machakos Eastleigh, Katunga forest and Tala town putting up hotels; your obsession with hotels is truly out of this world. I got news for you boss; You can try to tarnish the name of our beloved DG and the 19 honorable members of Machakos county assembly who saw the light and said No to your manipulations but… We, the people of Machakos have had enough of your crap! From now on, it’s operation Okoa Masaku! We are ready for take over! Armed with the constitution, we are ready for the fight. Get ready, eat as much as you can but the time to safe our people is NOW! Soon the streets of Machakos will be full with our people ready to defend their rights! The courts will be rolling with our learned professionals arguing our case. The world will know the truth as we stand up and reclaim our rights… to free our people from your oppression! The cold cells of Kamiti are waiting for you, REPENT!
