Joh 13:15 For I gave you an example that you also should do as I did to you. Listening to people talk about this past year, some will say I shouldve done this. or I shouldve done that. Have you ever met someone like that? They tend to live in regret. We cant go back and change yesterday but we can all work on a better tomorrow. Only one time in the book of John (NASV) does Jesus use the word should. Jesus saw in His disciples great things to come and He spoke that into them. Mt 17:20 -And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you. Lu 1:37 - For with God nothing shall be impossible. We serve a God of great possibilities, so get over the past mistrakes. When someone asks you Dont you feel shame for missing this or that? Just say No. Work, live, and breath in the land of possibilities. If you fall or forget something, let it go and get back up. When you first laid your bike down, did you walk away and call it quits?Las summer we rode to a friends house on a two rut road near Pikes Peak. I was pulling a camper with my Wing. The wife of my friend who lives there saw my bike and trailer and the steep rutted road to their garage. She said these famous last words If you gun it, you can make it. So I gunned it and the trailer grabbed a rut. Accidents happen real fast when you gun it. My bike went down and I flew off of it. Nothing was hurt to bad but my pride. So we unhooked the trailer and left it at the base of the driveway. We had a great time with lots of laughs. You gotta laugh at yourself when you do silly things. Dont camp out in a rut of regrets. Walk or ride in the possibilities and drop the word SHOULD out of your vocabulary. It connotes condemnation and judgment. Live in the I can world. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. Believe in Him and walk in His hope. Nothing is impossible with God. Romans 8:1 - There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. Live and move in that. I hope this next year you have high hopes for your life and family. I hope you get to travel to Sturgis with the buffalo. I hope you ride to Yellerstone.
