John Buscema inked by Tom Palmer: AVENGERS #74, cover. Looks as if the Panther may have been rendered by Buscema and Palmer with a lot of deep solid black areas which were whited out by the production department. I would guess because there was a concern the Panther would not read well against a solid black background? Also the small figure of the Wasp looks to be a stat which has been pasted on. Both word balloons were lettered on a separate piece of paper and pasted down. One of them has fallen off.
