John H Dennis III tagged me in a happiness promoting chain post. The irony being that it is hard for a depressed person to think of happy things for several days in a row. The severe irony being that I submitted myself to 6 hours worth of fear and anxiety profiling today, during which I had to recall many troublesome memories. But I also recalled some really great memories too. So Im going to share those and tag some of the people who made them great. ....all 3 of you have to post the 3 things that made you happy today, and for the next 5 days, tagging 3 new people each day. (Its a quote from the chain post... Most of you are old enough to know what a chain letter was) 1. Today I had the opportunity to recall the time I spent in Ireland with my hetero life mate, David Nelson. One of the most important and inspiring things Ive ever done to date. 2. Which also brought me to remembering the achievement of a personal goal in visiting the remote village of Rennes-le-Chateau with my fantastic and tolerant companions, Tango A. And Madeleine Ëric. 3. I left a psychological marathon feeling better, not worse. Look for more goofiness tomorrow!
