John McDonnell from US Airways Communications is full of S___! We use to take dogs from CLT to Aruba to search for the missing young woman that was never found! Dogs everywhere on multiple flights to and from. Walking up and down aisle in First, Coach, etc. Time for old John to go back to UAL. A pilot from US Airways that was a combat Veteran would have handled the situation differently (he calls the shots not the FA). Maybe we need to ask the Pentagon what Scott Kirby did in his brief tour in Washington!?!?!
