Teske Sr., Council and Retired District Chairman of the District Committee for the Boy Scouts of America, was recently named a VIP member of Worldwide Branding. This special distinction honors individuals who have shown exceptional commitment to achieving personal and professional success. With nearly four decades of practiced experience in his field, Mr. Teske is uniquely qualified to manage a wide range of tasks on behalf of the Boy Scouts of America, where he has raised $1,750,000, which has brought all four of his districts over goal for the first time in three decades. Over the course of more than 30 years, in his role as council member, he has sat on more than 540 Eagle review boards and successfully nominated 15 leaders for the Silver Beaver award, the highest in their council. Inspired by his love of scouting and memories made with his son, he has also raised an additional $10,000 for the new scout office in Waukesha, Wis. Prior to joining the Boy Scouts of America, Mr. Teske worked at Bausch & Lomb for three and a half decades. In addition to the support of his family, Mr. Teskes educational background, including a Bachelor of Science in business management from Marquette University, has attributed to his success in the field. During the course of his remarkable career, Mr. Teske has maintained affiliation with The American Legion, the National Eagle Scout Association, and Camporee, where he is the founder. One of the highlights of his career stems from his work with Camporee; he helped 200 scouts plant 1,000 trees every year. West Fellow Award and Order of the Arrow in 1999, the Silver Beaver in 1997, The Saint George Emblem in 1995 and the William Boyce Award.
