Johns three year old Shitake mushrooms....finally grew! Cant believe how loaded the alder logs are! Fantastic! John set the logs out underneath our plum trees, slightly hidden amongst blueberries, behind the shed. I was out this afternoon chasing chickens back in to their coop and voila! I think the neighbour knows too as I hollered for John to come look! Hes going to dry them and store them! Whoohoooo.
