Join, SHARE and WIN MECHANICS FOR YOLANDA RELIEF DRIVE BIKE RAFFLE 1. The raffle is open to the public. 2. The raffle date shall be on November 30, 2013, 10 a.m.. It will be held at the North Steps of the Main Library, UP-Diliman, QC. 3. There is no limit to the number of tickets a person may buy. 4. Each ticket represents One Hundred Pesos (PhP100.00) donation to the United Folding Bikers (UFB) Yolanda Relief Drive. The entire value of the donation shall be given to relief efforts for the victims of Typhoon Yolanda. 5. Each ticket shall entitle the donor one (1) raffle stub, representing one (1) chance to win one (1) folding bike. 6. Each ticket must be properly filled out with the name and contact number or email of the donor. 7. Tickets may only be purchased from the following authorized entities: a) VC Trading, Farmers Market, Cubao, QC b) UFB Organizing Committee members 8. Tickets may also be purchased through bank deposit at the following banks: a) Metrobank Savings Account # 244-3-24419798-2, Account Name: VC Trading b) Banco de Oro Savings Account # 6200 0408 76, Account Name: Byron M. Villegas c) BPI Savings Account # 4273-0039-46, Account Name: Byron Mercado Villegas The donor should scan the deposit slip and send it via message to Byron Villegas Facebook page. The donor should keep the deposit slip for record purposes. 9. The deadline for donations shall be one hour before the raffle event, as long as there are tickets left to sell. For online donations, the deadline shall be November 29, 2013. 10. In the spirit of spreading the cheer, a person may win only one folding bike. In the event that the same name is drawn for the next bike, another stub shall be drawn. 11. In claiming the prizes, winners have to present their raffle stubs that match the raffle coupon. Proper identification documents may be requested by UFB. 12. All bikes have to be claimed within fifteen (15) days after the raffle date. In the case that a winner will not be able to claim the bike, the winner must get in touch with Mr. Tommy Reyes of UFB through a message on Facebook to arrange when the winner will claim his/her prize. Unclaimed bikes shall be considered donated to UFB. UFB shall reserve the right to dispose of unclaimed bikes in any manner it deems fit. 13. All three folding bikes are brand new and deemed usable by their respective donors. No warranty shall accompany the folding bikes. 14. A report of the fund drive and the raffle results shall be posted on UFBs Facebook wall a day after the raffle.
