Join me on my show today Black and Near by/ The Shannon Nyamdoi story March 14, 2014 1:00pm My remarks about this case: Shannons attorney is a former prosecutor suspected of working with the prosecution and even trying to force Shannon to take a plea deal At one time Shannon Nyamdoi case had been completely removed from the Franklin County Court computer The search warrant had a handwritten note saying Shannon confess to conspiracy to commit murder. If this would be true then there would be no need for his attorney to try and force him to take a plea deal if he confessed to the crime . Why would Shannon stay with Rhonda Maclean until police arrived knowing that she could identify him on the spot if he had just tried to kill her. Witnesses say that at the time of the incident they saw a tall white male fleeing from the scene. In case you didnt know Shannon Nyamdoi is black . Shannons truck was parked right outside next door to where the victim had been shot.who does that ? Shannon Nyamdoi was taken into custody 12 hours after the crime had been committed. Im not a police officer, Im not a private investigator this is my personal opinion, with the information that has been provided to me that I am allowed to see without jeopardizing this case the only thing Shannon Nyamdoi is guilty of is,being black and near by I saw nothing that would give probable cause for a search or arrest warrant. None of the information I have read gives evidence that Shannon Nyamdoi was present or participated in this crime. Shannon Nyamdoi has had many of his civil rights violated and was never an inmate at The Franklin County Sheriff Department he has always been a hostage. This Sheriff needs to be investigated he is a major threat to the criminal justice system. Alphonso Scott
