Some of the region’s top musicians are donating their time and talents for this mega benefit, with all funds raised going to the Environmental Defenders Office (EDO). Established in 1996, the EDO (edo.org.au) consists of eight independently managed community environmental legal centres around Australia, dedicated to protecting the environment in the public interest. The EDO has played a key although largely behind-the-scenes role in the gasfield-free Bentley community action, working with Lock The Gate on critical legal aspects of the campaign.
