DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT: St. Wendelin Parish & School, Fostoria, Ohio, has a full-time position available for a Director of Development. The successful candidate will meet the following qualifications: minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Institutional Advancement or a relevant field, experience in a non-profit/education based organization, success in individual donor solicitation and achieving fundraising goals. The ideal candidate should be passionate about Catholic education and be able to develop relationships with all current and prospective donors. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: developing and executing an extensive annual giving campaign; managing and updating an accurate donor database; securing steady growth in Educational Foundation’s principal. Computer and graphic design skills and experience in social media will be important for success in this position. An understanding and willingness to work in a dynamic Catholic community is preferred in this ministry. PARISH CUSTODIAN: St. Wendelin Parish & School in Fostoria, Ohio is seeking a part-time (10-15 hours per week) Parish Custodian. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning, stocking and setting up vestibule, Parish Hall and nearby restrooms. Must be able to move tables/chairs, mop floors, dust and clean in the Parish Hall. Attention to detail and professionalism is a must in this position. This individual may serve as a substitute to maintenance staff at the school. He/she will need to pass a BCI background check and complete other diocesan requirements.
