Born on September 30,1963 to Godofredo Juarez, Sr. and Aurora Mendoza in Guinayangan, Quezon, the third in a family of seven, Father Gerry, as he is fondly called, did his education; -elementary at Concepcion Ibaba Elem. School and at St. Joseph Academy, both located in Sariaya, Quezon; -his high school at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Minor Seminary, also in Sariaya; - his college at St. Francis de Sales Major Seminary in Lipa City; -his theology at St. Alphonsus Regional Seminary in Lucena City -He took a Certificate He has been a priest for over 24 years now having been ordained on September 9, 1989 at the Cathedral of St. Ferdinand, Lucena City. He had been assigned as Diocesan Chancellor, Judicial Vicar, Founding Director of DWVM-FM, Editorial Director of Boletin Lucentino, Diocesan Director of the Commissions on Family & Life and Social Communications, and Team Ministry Moderator of the following Parishes: St. Anne Diocesan Shrine in Malicboy, Pagbilao, Quezon; Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Parish in Cabay, Tiaong, Quezon; and St. Raphael the Archangel, then a proposed Parish, in Dalahican, Lucena City He had also been an Assistant Pastor at ; St. Bonaventure Parish in Mauban, Quezon St. Ferdinand Cathedral Parish in Lucena City He served as Pastor of ; Our Lady of Perpetual Help Parish in Taguan, Candelaria, Quezon and of the Holy Face Parish at the UniversityVillage, Lucena City. He worked as Chaplain of Sacred Heart College, MaryhillCollege, Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation, all in Lucena City, and of Lady Mediatrix Institute in Candelaria, Quezon, His last post in the Philippines was at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary College Seminary in Brgy. At present, he is the Parochial Vicar of the Partnered Parishes of the Immaculate Conception, St. Rita and St. John the Evangelist in Connellsville, Pennsylvania having been sent by the Bishop of Lucena, with a five-year contract, to serve the Diocese of Greensburg.
