Join us Saturday, November 16 from 9AM to noon for Coping with the Holidays. Hospice & Community Cares trained bereavement counselors will guide you through a day of care designed to support you and your family. A panel of former caregivers and family members will share personal experiences and group sessions will focus on developing a plan to navigate the season. A childrens session called Stars of Remembrance will be offered concurrently to assist children in preparing for the holiday season. The group will discuss what grief is, how is affects us and how to cope during the holidays without our loved one. The atmosphere and activities will be supportive and uplifting.
