Join us as our worlds become smaller and our girls lives become richer! I will be returning to the Starfish International Summer Program in a few weeks. This year we are having a summer guest series speaker which will involve experts/specialists in different topics and professions Skypeing with the Starfish girls (ages 13-19) on topics of their interest. This speaker series will occur between the morning and afternoon summer program sessions and will be available to over 100 girls in small group settings of perhaps 10 at a time. Please look at the list below generated by the girls in The Gambia, West Africa and see if you might be able to give an hour of your time on a M T Th or F between July 8th and August 9th at 8:30 EST. Please share with others that might have the skill set and willingness as well. Our girls are thinking big… life is full of opportunity. Our 13 yr olds leave school to pay for their brothers school fees, our 18 year olds become wives to bring prosperity to their birth family.
