Jolts and poppy fields The world spins so fast, that it seems to be still. Precisely perched, on a particular tilt. I dont understand it, but it must be true - because time flies, but I dont move. How is it possible? Who can explain? Why the more things change, the more theyre the same. Theres nothing new - under the sun. Not all that has passed, nor all thats to come. Jolts and poppy fields - are opposite extremes. But sometimes they act like mischievous twins, They feel - exactly the same... Like the fine line between pleasure and pain, between here and there, between mad and sane Thankfully, fortunately, the world spins regardless of how anyone feels. The wise and the sane, the lost and the lame, no effort is needed from anyone. The world keeps on spinning for everyone... What matters is that particular tilt! Are we weighing it down, with the way that we think? Are we flirting with danger, with our violent ways? Will it cause the tilt - to throw us into space? If that were the case, would we change our mind? Or will someone someday - read of us like Atlantis? Theres a delicate balance, that bombs may rattle, so why are we still constantly in battle? Does anyone hear, does anyone know? The truth of what were fighting for? If we truly did, arms would be just for hugging! There would be no wars, no disease, no madness, no hunger.
