Jonathan had a visit with the hematologist today. Labs will be every month for a few months, then yearly. He will also need to have labs if he gets a mid grade fever as infections could still pose some hurdles. No more visits with the hematologist unless needed, but we will still be in contact with her team to check in after every lab. It is highly unlikely that the TEC will reoccur, but there is still the chance. The doc also said that if the new baby ends up with this, we need to buy lottery tickets as the chances of two siblings ending up with TEC is so astronomically rare.
