@Jonathanians...LET US REVISIT ELECTRICITY _______________________________________ At least we have a common ground in agreement that Electricity is about the most crucial element in a modern day functional society. I do sincerely hope that we also agree in a common ground that after 15yrs of PDPs rule and counting towards the 5th Yr of Jonathans reign in power, todays current generation of about 3,000 Megawatts is a national shame. .......................POINT OF REFERENCE................... South Africas power generation would surpass demand in 2017 where they are currently generating 54,000 MW and will add another 27,000 MW by 2017--->TWENTY SEVEN THOUSAND MEGAWATTS IN THREE YEARS! .......................PERTINENT QUESTIONS................. --->From an engineering point of view, what is required to multiply our megawatts into the thousands and within a specified period similar to that of SA? --->Does the transformation agenda contain an electric megawatts multiplication road map? --->If yes, what is the current situation report and where can we find a reliable reference to it? --->How many megawatts has Jonathan added to the national grid since he took over power in 2010..? Bearing in mind that his 5th year in office is already running and South Africa will add 27,000 MW within 3yrs! ................................CONCLUSION........................ It is time for us to stop allowing ourselves to be Governed, it is time for us to Govern via asking questions and via telling our servants in power how we want them to serve us, after all it is NOT free of charge they are earning stratospheric salaries and employment benefits. I commend Govt. Oshiomole for his impeccable initiative in multiplying Edo States megawatts with the end objective of providing abundant electricity supply to the Edo indegenes.
