Jonivan came off the ventilator this morning and tolerated it really well. They have him on oxygen and will gradually wean him off. Hopefully sometime today he will finally get to eat something. Hes been a trooper and Gods hand has been over him and the doctors. Praying for a great day! I was reading my Bible last night and came across psalm 139 vs 13-17. I inserted Jonivans name into it as i read it and wow, What an awesome reminder of how God created Jonivan. For you created me (Jonivan) in my inmost being; you knit me (Jonivan) together in my mothers wound. I (Quinn) praise you because he (Jonivan) is fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, We (Quinn and Bo) know that full well. His (Jonivans) frame was not hidden from you when he was made in the secret place, when he was woven together in the depths of the earth. You saw his (Jonivan) unformed body; all the days ordained for him were written in your book before one of them came to be. How precious to me (Quinn) are your thoughts God! How vast is the sum of them. how much peace this gave me is beyond words. To be reminded that God knew Jonivan before he was made and watched his little body grow and take shape and loved him before we even knew he would be ours. Praise God.
