Jose Mourinho, Chelsea Season Preview 2014/15 Strengths: # Well first of all we have to notice the obvious quality that Chelsea have within their squad and the quality of the manager. Although it is an evolving Chelsea, there is still a lot of them there who have achieved big things in football like John Terry, Branislav Ivanovic, Didier Drogba, Petr Cech and of course this summer Andre Schurrle. But not only the players but they have a manager who is a natural born winner and despite failing to win a trophy last season, if there is one manager you would back to bounce back stronger than ever it would be Mourinho. Also, they have great squad depth this season. They may have lost the likes of Frank Lampard, Ashley Cole, David Luiz and Romelu Lukaku but they have brought players in and have had so many players returned from loans.
