Joseph N. Seibert, 55, alleges that Passaic County Sheriff Richard Berdnik “threatened to come to his house and shoot him,” during an argument over the telephone that grew out of a minor accident that had occurred in the parking lot of the Strong and Shapely gym in East Rutherford on Tuesday night. Berdnik in turn has accused Seibert of making terroristic threats against him, by threatening over the phone to “kick his [expletive deleted],” according to the police report.
