Joshua 1:8 This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night…For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success. Abba Father, you leave no stone unturned to help us become who you have called us to be. You gave Joshua instruction how to be the leader of a budding nation by speaking your word and meditating on your word day and night. May we follow in his footsteps and become so familiar with your mighty word by reading it out loud, declaring it to others, muttering it to ourselves, committing it to memory and confessing it in faith over situations that we struggle with. May we pray your word, for it will never return void, but it will bear good fruit for your glory. Faith arises in our hearts when the Holy Spirit quickens the right word to us as we pray, or prophesy, or comfort others. Abba, your word reflects who you are, your character and your will. Thank you, Lord for allowing us to get to know you more and more, to be blessed by the revelation of Jesus our Savior in every book of the Bible. Thank you, Abba that you want us to be full of faith based on your word, instead of momentary feelings, for when we know the truth, your word our hearts move from a position of “is it true?” to a sure position, “I believe it!” Our soul prospers, our health prospers, and our life prospers, all because we are complete in Jesus – the living Word. Halleluiah! Thank you Jesus, for this new life you gave us by the agonizing sacrifice you made on the cross to redeem us from sin by your shed blood. Thank you, Lord Jesus for fulfilling the demands of the law, so we may receive the supply of your grace, mercy and promises, So be it, in your most holy name, Jesus, Amen!
