Joshua Feuerstein is at it again issuing a 100,000 dollar challenge to atheists to provide evidence god doesnt exist. Video here: https://facebook/photo.php?v=499973036772050 In the video he talks about a totality of knowledge that exists outside of our own perspective. This is not something that atheists deny. We know we dont know everything. We also dont make things up out of thin air and then tell other people they have to prove something that was conjured from imagination or superstition. I understand that you have your Bible and a long history of mythological belief to call upon, but that isnt evidence of anything. So much of what we have thought we knew in the ancient past has been discovered to have been wrong because we based our conclusions on the ignorance Mr. Feurstein alludes to in his video. The thing here is that atheists understand that there is a realm of knowledge beyond our grasp and that there are incredible unknowns out there that we cannot even begin to imagine somewhere in the Cosmos. No where in the evidence that we have seen so far, though, is there any hint at the existence of a supreme being like the one Josh is trying to assert. Assertions made in ignorance do not equate to valid claims that represent a body of undiscovered knowledge, unless of course you want to call your god what he actually is...ignorance.
