Journalist are taught this from the very beginning when they decide to be a good reporter:“who,” “what,” “where,” when,” “why” and “how.” when they do a story. If a good reporter would investigate this pension scandal these are the questions to be asked. Who was responsible for the pension withdrawals. What was the pension money spent on. Where are the documents the show the transactions. When did the pension boards realize that withdrawals were not being deposited. Why did the Unions and Pension boards allow this without consulting rank and file members. How does money thats supposed to be deposited in pension accounts, used for special projects without approval of Unions and Pension boards.
