This dish was inspired by the #vietnamese cultural foods My ginger chicken and white rice (jasmine) Right here all I did was take sesame peanut oil seared the chicken along with the raw soaked ginger onions garlic and the key ingredient : #fishsauce In the next video I will add the soy sauce sugar etc...
