Juancho E. Yrausquin Airport (TNCS) Saba is a Caribbean island - TopicsExpress

Juancho E. Yrausquin Airport (TNCS) Saba is a Caribbean island and the smallest special municipality (officially public body) of the Netherlands. It consists largely of the potentially active volcano Mount Scenery. Why I chose to land of this island? Well, the airport TNCS has the shortest commercial runway in the world, only 400 meters long, flanked on one side by high hills, with cliffs that drop into the sea at both ends. Because of that, this airport can be added to the list of the most dangerous airports in the world. My flight began from the short runway of TNCS straight to the airport F.D. Roosevelt (TNCE) located on the neighbor island Sint Eustatius, Caribbean Netherlands. Short landing on the 4267ft long runway and back for exercising approach and landing on the only 400m runway ! To be honest, I tried to land with the Pilatus PC12 and Mitsubishi MU-2B and achieved only dangerously landing maneuver. On the other side, landing With the Carenado C90 King Air was an easy game. youtu.be/DbHa8Ax0pQI
