Judging by the polls, making sure Labour gets an over-all majority (rather than just being the largest party) now seems to rest on the outcome of Jim Murphys battle with Nicola Sturgeon. Here in the east end of Glasgow (highest level of deprivation and lowest like-expectancy in the UK), we are at the cutting edge of the SNPs cynical attempt to exploit issues such as poverty, food banks and benefit-sanctions to con people into voting for the only thing they care about - independence. The point we make repeatedly is that we are a party which unites people from every part of the UK in the fight for social justice.
