Julia Miller Davis My husband and I went to one of Daytons finer (The Pine Club) restaurants on Saturday night, hoping to have a good meal and a good time. After two hours we still had not received our order. We decided to pay for our drinks and leave . When Tom asked for our tab the owner (Dave Hulme) proceeded to physically attackTom throwing him onto the sidewalk among other. He even followed Tom to our car (where I had already gone) shouting threats and even said he would get me out of the car, no joke! Next, Mr. Hulme attempted to keep us from leaving by standing behind our vehicle. Pictures of some of Toms injuries are on his Facebook. We suspect he has a fractured tailbone , as can barely walk, and a fractured elbow. Can you believe this folks, because I certainly cant. Tom is on his way to the emergency room and a police report will likely follow. I know you may be jealous, because we have all the fun!! Some words of wisdom; if you ever consider visiting this establishment you may want to reconsider.
