July 11 After meeting in the judicial committe and after just mentioning what my education was in at the judicial nominating commission, Lakoya calls me out of the blue. Latoya asks strangely, How are you doing?, with laugher in her voice. Then strangely the very first thing she asks is what degrees do you have?--a point I had brought up in the judicial nominating commission. During the course of our conversation she says the mayor is very evil, and to be careful. In our texts she says the same thing. Im thinking that she is now again happy with how botched my last speech was and she wants to scare me into not giving another speech. I say it was weird that Frank Ward gave such a weird segway from my speech; it was as though the city planned it to be that way. She immediately said she had to go. In our texts, she says The mayor is evil and he would hurt me before he let me damage his reputation. She texts, what is your agenda. I said Truth. I send an email to dallas news about the new judicial evaluation process. I ask Is there a new judicial evaluation process? Are the evaluations open records or are they personnel matters? Dumb move. They didnt respond to me when I first contacted them about corruption in the courts in my Atkins was never responded to either 4-2. I see now why. The magnitude of disruption my story would cause to the city and no media person would survive if they went to the aid of a defendent who claimed his rights had been violated in the court. Councilmembers can call out and criticize members of the media as liars if these people put out something that conflicts with councilmembers version of events. After emailing the dallas news, I email the public information office about any new review process. They give me a vague answer and are frustrated with me. I email the attorney generals office. Finally, after some weeks pass by, the information office says theres no new process of evaluating judges.
