July 18, 2014 P14053946 Copperfin Break and Enter Arrest 31 year old Blair Joseph PELLETIER has been charged with Break and Enter and Failure to Comply with a Recognizance in connection to the July 16, 2014 break in to the Copperfin Credit Union on Arundel Street. PELLETIER was taken into custody on July 17th just after 11:00 a.m. at the corner of Cumberland and Red River Road without incident. The TBPS had released video from the break in which assisted in identifying the accused as a suspect. Further investigation resulted in the arrest. Subsequent to the arrest, a search warrant was executed at a north side hotel and another search warrant was executed on a vehicle to secure evidence in this case. PELLETIER was remanded to the District Jail. His next court date is July 21, 2014.
