The Arris was defective upon arrival, and despite all efforts taken to not receive an Arris modem, they gave me one, I humored them, and talked to the head of the advanced technical support team who depressingly sighed saying that he didnt have the tools to actually do anything on his end that would need to be done. Interesting, considering what I asked to have done is the WELL KNOWN FIX for that brand, that EVERY OTHER cable provider does in order to allow interface with a routing device.
