July 3rd ~ WOD Accumulator 1. 10 Burpees with shoulder press (reach for the sky) 2. 10 Front Lunges/leg 3. 20 Sit Ups 4. 10 Tucks Jumps 5. 20 Jumping Squats 6. 10 Push up with Side Plank 7. 10 Tricep Dips 8. 30 Mountain Climbers 9. 10 Prison Cell Push ups (standing, burpee down, bring right knee and then left knee to your chest, push pup and then stand up REPEAT) 10. 20 Russian Twists (abs) Start with #1, Do exercise #1 and #2 Do Exercise #1, #2 and #3 Do exercise #1, #2, #3 and #4 Do exercise #1, #2, 33, #4 and #5 etc. etc etc add hand weight whenever possible... which is almost ALWAYS!!!!
