July 6th, see the first JJ Jewellers invitational champions league of darts held in South county Dublin. Players from areas such as the borough league, Boomers premier league, Cork county singles league, the Irish players championship rankings, the Irish dart players championship, the Irish national darts organisation and others shall be invited to participate in this round robin event. Also players who have done well in previous events, such as the Tom Kirby memorial, or large open events. Entry fee for this event shall be €50 per player. The event is limited to 48 players. Winner of the event shall win over €1250 Money prizes for the last 8 players of this event also. €1,250 €500 2X€200 4x€100 Highest finish €250 All based upon 48 entrants. Plus any sponsorship added to the fund. Format shall be 8 groups of 6 players. Each game in the group stages shall be the best of 11 legs, the format shall rise once we reach the knock out stages, with the top 3 players from each group going into a last 24, with the 8 group 3rd place players, facing 8 group runners up, then them 8 winners facing the group winners in a last 16 Allocation of invites shall be as follows South county Dublin/Wicklow - 11 Invites.
