July Hi all, Sorry the month of July is not one where we - TopicsExpress

July Hi all, Sorry the month of July is not one where we have much spare capacity for specific projects. There are other things for us to do during this particular month which are for us a priority. As the month draws to a close we are starting to look ahead again and there are plenty of areas that are already penciled in. Next week we will meet with Doctors Worldwide to discuss the possibilities of collaboration with us in providing assistance to the deaf school in Mwingi, Kenya. We will be looking to arrange a full assessment of each child currently in the school as it is our belief that many could actually be hearing children and just have longstanding middle ear infections. We have collected 35 hearing aides and we are hoping to arrange audiology services to fit these during a trip in September. Currently Brian is due to travel in September and at the same time install tank liners into damaged rain water tanks at up to 10 schools and recommission them for the October rains. We are also hoping to install a large capacity rain water tank in a Masai community 40 km outside Nairobi. Clean water will have an immediate impact on the health and well being of the children in these communities. For those of you in or with kids in the cubs, scouts or sea scouts we would like you consider commissioning Masai beaded woogles in your troop colours. This is something that can directly impact on these small economies and we can put orders in during the visit in September. FB message us for more information. Your ongoing support is critical and so much appreciated. We will continue to do as much as we can to make every dollar, euro, penny count and the 3 Musketeers Childrens Fund will continue to deliver targeted and positive outcomes into the areas we are working in. Thanks again for your strength, love and support.
