To support our development we are currently looking for outstanding candidates interested in entrepreneurship and e-commerce to join us. Key Responsibilities: 1) Responsible for effective and fast recruitment processes both internally and externally. 2) Identifies and uses different recruitment resources to ensure targeting the right candidates and calibre. 3) Implements selection, testing and recruitment policies and procedures (screening applicants, scheduling and administering tests and evaluations of applicants’ qualifications). 4) Develops and implements recruitment process tracking tools. 5) Handles communication on behalf of HR recruitment with all company departments. 6) Coordinates with HR & Administration Managers to prepare each months hiring plan. 7) Coordinates with personnel staff as appropriate to prepare staffing headcounts and implement recruitment procedure 8) Prepares for and attends all the employment fairs as required. 9) Submits candidates’ offer letters and follows up till hiring. 10)Ensures employees probation evaluation forms are filled by respective managers on time and appropriate actions are taken accordingly. 11)Designs and implements exit interviews in case of resignations Needed qualifications: - Bachelor degree (any major). - Proficient user of excel and power point - 1-2 years experience in recruitment - Problem solving skills - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work under pressure - Ability to maintain accuracy despite repetitive nature of the work - Ability to think out of the box If you are interested in joining our team please send your updated resume to [email protected] with the subject ‘Recruitment Specialist’ Check our website: (jumia.eg)
