Junaid Jamshed has been a personal friend for many years. We have spent numerous evenings together. Yet there is no one I have criticised more thn JJ when it comes to women rights. During my interview I mocked him attacked him and his recent deplorable rant has further strengthened my perception. Although he has profusely apologised yet that apology was more towards BB Ayesha and less about respecting women in general. But still the guy and many other pakistanis wrongly accused of blasphemy deserve a 2nd chance. Who doesnt deserve a 2nd chance is that creature known as Dr Amir Liaqat who has not only declared JJ son of a whore (my interpretation of fahisha - correct me If I got that wrong) but ignited his audience to not spare JJ indirectly suggesting he be killed. Mr Amir Liaqat since when did you become the thaikaydaar of religion. Who are you anyway. This was a great opportunity to show compassion not divide and ignite the nation.
