Junior to Mid-Level Attorney, Thriving Plaintiffs Firm – SF Bay Area We have been exclusively retained by a top, highly respected Bay Area plaintiffs-side litigation-oriented law firm that is growing and looking to add one or more junior attorneys to its talented team. This is a rare and exciting opportunity in a uniquely supportive, stable and nurturing environment of dedicated attorneys who are passionate about their work, their diverse workplace and serving their clients/community. Our client offers strong compensation and a mentoring environment with strong partnership potential for the right person. In addition to strong educational credentials and legal writing and research skills, our client is looking for strong interpersonal skills and a true interest in developing into a strong law & motions practitioner and eventually into a confident and skilled trial attorney. Our client is open to considering litigation-oriented attorneys with between 1 and 4 years of experience. Viable candidates must be active members of a State Bar, with California bar admission preferred. Candidates already in northern California are preferred, though some exceptions possible for otherwise very well-credentialed candidates. Compensation potential is higher than at most other plaintiff-side firms and will be commensurate with experience and seniority level, including full benefits and bonus potential. Our client is committed to a supportive, diverse workplace. Please send your resume confidentially to The Partners Group at westcoast-north@partners-group for consideration. Of course we would not submit you for this or any other position without your prior approval. Note that we also have a separate job opening with this firm for more senior associates and/or partners with significant plaintiff-side courtroom experience (no portable business required), so more senior candidates who feel they could be a fit are welcome to reach out regarding that opening as well. We look forward to hearing from you.
