Jurnal Arhipera - întâlnirea din 31 octombrie 2013: În cadrul întâlnirii, echipele de proiectare şi-au prezentat activitatea de documentare întreprinsă pentru ilustrarea temei proiectului din Gârla Mare. Cătălin a prezentat trei variante de locuinţe individuale realizate în sisteme constructive similare, folosind bolţarii, precum şi diferite exemple de utilizare decorativă şi structurală a bolţarilor; locuinţele sunt prevăzute cu un perete de lemn care poate fi pictat de fiecare beneficiar, asigurând astfel un caracter individualizat al casei. Locuinţele vor fi organizate în clustere, fiind integrate într-un spaţiu de proximitate. Andrei Ardeleanu a prezentat câteva exemple de centre de zi cu un design deschis către exterior şi către comunitate, cu o cromatică variată axată pe nuanţe tari şi contraste de ton şi textură. Prezentarea Mariei a inclus stabilirea obiectivelor pentru proiectul de amenajare al grădiniţei, ce presupune un design şi detalii atractive care au ca scop dezvoltarea abilităţilor cognitive ale copiilor, şi soluţii ingenioase pentru delimitarea spaţiilor de joacă şi depozitare. Exemplele prezentate de Anca şi Ana pentru proiectul de extindere al şcolii au adus în prim-plan folosirea materialelor locale, implicarea comunităţii, idei de amenajări interioare, de animare a spaţiului, detalii de faţade. Arh.Anca Rusu şi Răzvan, intern ArhiPera, se ocupă de proiectarea fabricii de produs bolţari, iar prezentarea s-a axat pe particularităţile de ordin tehnologic ale construcţiei şi pe exemple de utilizări creative ale bolţarilor în diferite contexte. Prezentările au prilejuit o dezbatere cu privire la tendinţele contemporane în arhitectura spaţiilor de educare şi învăţare pentru copii, capabile să dezvolte creativitatea acestora şi să favorizeze asocierile. Următoarea etapă constă în transpunerea ideilor şi principiilor reţinute ca importante la nivelul proiectului, prin realizarea de schiţe conceptuale. Materialele realizate urmează să fie prezentate autoritătilor locale din Gârla Mare şi beneficiarilor. În încheierea şedintei, membrii au vizionat un fragment din prezentarea lui Ernesto Sirolli din cadrul conferintelor TED. Fondator al Institutului Sirolli, organizaţie internaţională nonprofit care se ocupă cu implementarea proiectelor de antrepriză în cadrul comunităţilor, Sirolli a subliniat importanţa dezvoltării modelului antreprenoriatului local şi a punerii în prim-plan a nevoilor reale ale beneficiarilor, prin raportarea conceptului de infrastructură socială la dezvoltarea economică sustenabilă bazată pe sprijinirea a liderilor şi a iniţiativelor locale. de drd. Alexandra Purnichescu **************************************************** Arhipera Journal - the meeting of 31st of October: Throughout the meeting, the planning and design teams presented the results of their documentation which they undertook for the illustration of the Gârla Mare project theme. Cătălin presented three versions of individual dwellings that follow similar building systems and make use of keystones, and various examples of decorative and structural use of keystones; the dwellings are provided with a wooden wall that can be painted by each beneficiary, thus insuring an individualized character of the house. The dwellings will be organized in clusters and integrated in a proximity space. Andrei Ardeleanu presented several examples of day care centres which feature a design that is open to the exterior and to the community, with a rich range of colours based on strong hues and contrasts of tone and texture. Maria’s presentation included a brief outline of the objectives for the kindergarten development project, which implies an attractive design and details that aim at the development of children’s cognitive abilities, as well as ingenious solutions for the delimitation of the play and depositing spaces. The examples presented by Anca and Ana for the school extension project placed in the foreground the use of local materials, the involvement of the community, ideas of interior design and methods to enliven the space, as well as several façade details. Arch.Anca Rusu and Răzvan, ArhiPera intern, are in charge with the design of the keystones factory and their presentation was based on the technological peculiarities of the building and on examples of creative methods of using keystones in different contexts. As a whole, the presentations represented an opportunity for debate regarding the contemporary tendencies in the architecture that deals with the design of educational and learning spaces for children, with respect to the ability of developing the children’s creativity and facilitating associations. The following step consists in materializing the main ideas and principles selected from the project by creating concept sketches. The resulting materials are to be presented to the local authorities in Gârla Mare and to the beneficiaries. During the last part of the meeting, the ArhiPera members viewed a fragment from Ernesto Sirolli’s presentation within TED conferences. Founder of the Sirolli Institute, an international non-profit organization that deals with the implementation of enterprise projects inside communities, Sirolli underlined the importance of developing models of local entrepreneurship and of emphasizing the beneficiaries’ real needs, by relating the concept of social infrastructure with sustainable economic development based on the support given to local leaders and initiatives. by Alexandra Purnichescu
