Just Incase anyone missed my detailed post about the Paleo Lifestyle Change!!! I drink a gallon of water a day. I have it marked in two hour increments. You can add lemon, cucumber or fruit to your water for natural flavoring if regular water becomes boring!! I eat Meat and fish, leafy vegetables, nuts and berries. I only have fruit in my smoothie for breakfast! (I usually blend a combination of fruits,veggies and nuts which can include: spinach, pineapple raspberries, black berries, strawberries, pumpkin and sunflower seeds and walnuts with a little juice diluted with water and ice) STAY AWAY FROM : Gluten (wheat based products like bread, crackers pasta and cereal wreak havoc on our digestive system and insulin sensitivity), All grains,Refined sugars, Processed foods, So called Energy drinks and sodas! Also things with a high amount of carbs! I am super excited you all want to join me!! I have noticed a huge difference since I started my lifestyle change (One Pound Down in Two Days)!! It is ok if you fall down.. Quickly forgive yourself and get back up. Dont cheat and say because I cheated Ill start again Monday!!! You continue right after you eat that ice cream and dont condemn yourself (just like I did last night lol)!!
